Alister Stella Gray

Tightly scrolled, yolk-yellow buds open to prettily quartered, silky, rosette-shaped flowers of soft yellow. They are held in small groups on long, thin stems, followed by large sprays later in the year. Delicious Tea scent. Can be grown as a climber or as a large, arching shrub. Gray, 1854.
